i have a Malay friend who entered a joint venture agreement with a developer few years back and was being entitled a few units of double storey semi-detached house. it's within a 1/2 Chinese/Malay community and he wants to rent it out for stable income but couldn't find any suitable bumiputra tenants. since he'd ask me whether or not can be rented out to Chinese. i myself also wanting to know more about this issue.

ok, that's good news, so what would be the procedure roughly, can he appoint/nominate one non-bumi company to proceed with the tenancy agreement? what are the cautions to be consider?tq
