Can anyone recommend a realiable property agent to help to lease out a 2 room apartment in JB . How to look for a trustworthy property agent? What type of service will the proerty agent provided after getting the tenant? Any after service, like tenant need after moving in? will the tenant looks for agent or the owner for service?

I would like to suggest you that,ask your friends and relatives who have any contact with trustworthy property agent.I have no idea about it,sorry for that.

The first thing you can do is check your local listing about real estate firms or individuals that are licensed in your area. Or you can try looking for reliable agents in Redfin or Zillow.com..

Make sure that what you hire is a licensed agent and a very reliable one.

You must look for an agent who has a large number of listings And be sure to get a sense of their success.
Ask to see the details of the homes they've sold recently in your area.
Make sure your agent is licensed and has any complaints against them by checking out the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials at arello.com.

If you cannot seem to find one here in this forum, you could go look at Redfin for help or zillow.
Agents welcomes those with such queries in there and you sure would get the assistance you need.
