Thinkproperty has been carrying out an ongoing survey since early 2008. The results of the survey are published every month, and provide an insight into the perceptions of the property market in Malaysia.
The Edge, The New Straits Times, Bernama, The Sun, Intellasia.net, Yahoo News, TV1, Traxx FM, Mix FM, The Business Times, Asia One, and a number of other news information channels or media have quoted the results of the survey.
During May 2010 the Thinkproperty.my Property Outlook Index rose from +48% to +55%, as momentum in the property market continued to build.
Confidence has been steady but high since recovering from the global financial crisis in mid 2009.
