Thinkproperty has been carrying out an ongoing survey since early 2008. The results of the survey are published every month, and provide an insight into the perceptions of the property market in Malaysia.
The Edge, The New Straits Times, Bernama, The Sun, Intellasia.net, Yahoo News, TV1, Traxx FM, Mix FM, The Business Times, Asia One, and a number of other news information channels or media have quoted the results of the survey.
In January 2009, the thinkproperty.my Property Outlook Index eased, falling from 47% at the end of December 2009 to 43% until the end of January 2010.
The index remains at a fairly high level, firmly in the positive, and only 25% away from its all time high on the 23rd of October 2009.
