| KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group previewed its latest project, Icon Residence Mont’ Kiara over the weekend of 16-18 July 2010 for registered applicants which numbers over 6,000 potential buyers. The excitement was palpable as buyers thronged to the public preview as early as 7.00am to have the first glimpse of the unique development concept. More than 1,000 potential buyers turned up for the 3-day event with many registering their interest to invest upon launch. Over the weekend, over 70% of Icon 1 was booked and we decided to introduce Icon 2 which was initially planned to be launched overseas. |
