Sunway Rymba Hills is a joint venture project between Sunway City Bhd and Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) and comprises 80-units of 3-storey forest villas. With only 4-units per acre, residents will also be able to enjoy lots of personal space.
With an approximate gross development value of RM270 million, the project consists four different designs with built up areas ranging from 4,259 sq. ft. to 4,650 sq. ft.
