Machang is a territory (jajahan) of Kelantan, Malaysia. It is bordered by the districts of Kota Bharu to the north, Pasir Puteh to the east, Tanah Merah to the west and Kuala Krai to the south.
As of 2005, it has a population of 82,653 people. It is home to one of the branch campuses of Universiti Teknologi MARA. Machang is also the same name of its major town.
Machang is named after the horse mango, Machang or Mangifera foetida. Machang is also the center or the heart of Kelantan.
A historical attraction of Machang is the Leaning Tower of Pulai Mosque.
