There's one budget hotel nearby Berjaya Times Square, along Pudu .. It's not big but pretty strategic. Going roughly RM9million. Just pm me if interested

Anyone else, please let me know if you have any new office buildings or hotels in KLCC area for around RM30m. Nothing over RM40m please.

Does not have to be grade A. Grade B will do.

I do have an office building for sale at the moment...great for budget hotel.. it's a 7-storey office building located along Jln Tuanku Abdul Rahman (near the juction to Jln Sultan Ismail)... selling for 14million... e-mail me at renybee@gmail.com if interested...price is still negotiable..

Does anyone knows if the mall including the legend hotel is for sale? Recently, I've had several unconfirmed information from various parties including my attorney. I would appreciate if someone can shed me some light on this. By the way, does anyone have information of any hotels or buildings for sale within the golden triangle? For hotels should be 4star above and buildings would best be those that come with parking lots and current occupancy rate of approx 60% up. Feel free to email me at joelim774@gmail.com

The hotel you're quoting is it currently the one run by tune hotel? Under tune money, air asia, etc...?
