Can anyone share their experiences in using the services of interior designers? Let's say I want to have the interior designer to provide me with a concept for my home... do they also source out the contractors as well as the furniture to realize the design concept?

Can you share the charges for their service? Can I just provide them with a budget and my brief preferences, and then let them work out on how best to suit my requirements and budget? Is this normally how this work?

We manage the entire process - from hiring contractors, architects, engineers (which most contractors don't bother using), M&E (again which most contractors don't bother using), to quality control, making sure the development is complete on time, interior design with advice all the way, to ensuring prices are kept to an absolute minimum.

We believe that we save the client money because our contractors and suppliers give us very low prices as we buy in bulk which we on to the client.

Do you have an office in KL? What makes your company cheaper (as claimed ) than the regular IDs?

Can you provide any ballpark figures/range, let's say if I want to do a basic ID + furnishing (not extravagant- just a simple and pleasing to the eye) for a 3200+ sq feet house?
