i am interested in a property,
before want to view the house, the agent told me that the owner want 20% as down payment.
would it be a scam?

is there any chances there i cant get the house & i also not able to get back my 20% down payment?

Is there any chances that after 3 month, the owner dont want to sell to me? (SPA normally 3+1)

this house owner hv attitude problem, view house only , want ppl paid for 20% deposit??? crazy ah???

normally house owner do not have the right to request any deposit to view house

ic during mean time once sign SPA if seller decide not to sale, he or she will get penalty of refund penalty

is paying 20% instead of 10% when signing SPA.

so, i wont get stuck with my 20% even after 3 month of processing? how about if the consent or anything other reason, the property cant be transfer under my name..
