I'm just wondering, do property agents purposely jack up the prices of properties in certain areas? Apartments costing RM35,000 + initially are being listed for sale for RM160,000+.
 And sometimes I find the discrepancy in the prices of apartments listed to be rather wide .... for example, there will be an apartment being listed for less than RM100,000 while another in the same apartment building being listed for RM140,000. |
