Dear Board Members,
Need you help on the following issue.

Im planning to bid for a auction property for my own use and I came to know that the property is under Caveat.
The shop lot is empty and locked by JIM and the owner has been declared bankrupt by JIM. The caveat owner is a third party and i don't know the reason for caveat.

Question
1. How i can check the reason for caveat and if I succefully bid the propoerty will there be any problem in removing the caveat?

2. I've done title search and there is not reason specified for the caveat and where else i can find more detaisl about this caveat?

3. Can the caveat owner remove my rights even tough i win the auction?
