1) Prefers Menara Seputeh or area near the one row of shophouses in front of KTM Seputeh(eg. Jalan Tanjung 12), or any link houses near Sri Langit Condo.

2) I am looking for single/terrace/link houses priced below 750k to buy and for rental wise would like to be below RM2000 per month.
