Property in Malaysia for sale and rent | Buy, Rent and sell real estate and homes

Hi all,

Would like to know if anyone can give their opinions. I'm looking for a property (be it newly launch, in progress or completed) but my budget is maximum RM 300,000. Anyone can suggest anything? I see a few landed houses that are completed with that price, like in Bandar Mahkota Cheras & Sg Long in the price range that I can afford. But it is a good investment? Thanks in advance!

Those area you mentioned are a reasonably good self-contained development. However, it depends on where you work as it is quite far away. I would rather suggest places like Bandar Tun Hussein Onn or Bandar Damai Perdana but then your budget will only get you a 18x60 house. The house prices in these areas went up a lot recently as more people start to find more affordable housing in Cheras.

I have 1 double story 20x70, Sungai long renovated,good investment RM260k.f/h. just got it this afternoon. sure sales like hot cake because it is at affortable price!
