Hi, I’m looking for the best housing loan for a single storey Semi-D in PJ. I’ve paid a booking fee & need value indication of the owner asking RM600k & I’m in the midst of negotiating down the selling price with owner. All my documents (softcopy & hardcopy) is ready (ic copy, 6 months pay slip & bank statements, tenancy agreement of my house that I’m renting out, latest epf statement, latest income tax & etc, property title, latest credit (CCRIS) report 18/7/11 & some picture of the house etc.).
