Hi Steven,

I'm Cheng here from Alliance Bank.
Maybe you can look for some under-con projects as you no need pay the interest during construction (DIBS). And some developer offer rebate and you can save on the downpayment and can use for your renovations.

I share the same interest as Steven too, having a little excess cash. Pls e-mail me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , if there are any good buy in KL or Penang.
I agree with Cheng that to invest in new projects is much better but unfortunately, it always sold off before. If anyone knows of new development in good areas with good potential, pls always up-date me cos I am always the last one to know things. Thanks.

The plan provides a method for determining the potential net profit of a real estate investment before purchasing any investment property; a review of the industry and demographic data that supports the venture's detailed financial forecast; and a concise Executive Summary for a Real Estate Investing Business Plan.

Hi my advice is if u r not familiar with d developer\\'s track record, don\\'t buy property in a new development. Otherwise be prepared to work for the bank for the next 20 or 30 yrs if project is abandoned ! You can always search for good buy in ready markets.
