I just came back from Kota Bharu Kelantan visiting old friends down there... what surprising me eventhough KB is less popular in investing properties however, I found it is not true. There has been tremendous property development especially the service apartments. Friends were telling me, all being booked. It is a fast tool for making investment in giving out rentals to tourists. She (my friend) even told me that she had twice failed to book one for her! I wonder if I can make one property investment in Kota Bharu myself!
I will make my second visit to Kota Bharu in a short time to come!
