While Malaysia on the surface offers great property values compared to Singapore, you need to know that there is a reason Malaysian property is so cheap.
The quality of construction sucks! Shoddy construction, lazy workers, poor supervision, lack of basic construction skills, greedy developers, archaic laws.. its almost impossible to get anything done properly up here. Its extremely frustrating..
We bought at Horizon Hills... BEWARE... look closely before you commit. They are your \"best buddies\" until they've cashed your check.. then.. good luck trying to get something fixed properly!
They allege that they build to the highest quality Singapore building codes... dont believe it for a minute!
