I'm buying a house. I know I should avoid houses with the number 4. Any other feng shui tips to make sure I can sell my house easily in a few years' time?

I read somewhere that if you own a home or business with a 4 or 13, there is a cure for it. The cure is to draw a circle around the number. The circle is extremely powerful and encloses the inauspicious effects of a negative number. Is this for real or what?

i have read a few feng shui books and not ever seen this circle thing. also, people often change their numbers from 4 to 2A or 14 to 12A, but i have not seen this circle. so it doesn't seem to be correct.

Thanks Andrew for clarifying it. Better to change the numbers to make it more marketable.
