i was thinking to buy a low medium cost apartment at bandar mahkota cheras(pangsapuri angsana) and rent it.it is near to a nurse colleage (Masterskill).the price is 82k-90k.my relative bought a unit last year at only 72k and now rent for rm450.but i'm worry will be difficult to sell it in the future.anybody familiar with the place or any expert can give me a bit advise?

If I'm not mistaken bandar mahkota cheras is in bandar sungai long,right? For me, Bandar Mahkota is a good place to live in for middle-class. I got a friend who stay nearby there. That place are very cooling, developed and easy access road. Rental purpose, I would very recommend you if you're buying it for rental purpose. Lots of people who just got jobs and stayed there. But, I dunno about public transport. However, its in bad traffic after working hours if you're heading the area from KL. Hope this info is useful for you.

Guess it is good to invest as Jusco is now under construction and will be started to business b4 CNY(hopefully)!! Furthermore, Masterskill & UTAR just near by, it would b a good ROI for a low cost apartment. UTAR will have their own buses for the students, whereby it is just a walking distance for Masterskill students..(if they willing to walk for 1KM distance)
