Went there 2 years ago and it was like a ghost town. Anyone know what is going on there? has it progressed in any way??? Know of any plans to make it a 'boom' town??

Hello

If I am not mistaken, I think there are plans to 'rejuvenate' the township. What a waste of resources. The investors who bought the place must be suffering. The mortgage, poor rental yields, vandalism to their properties.
Anyone out there knows where the township will be revived?

My brother bought a shoplot there and he is now stuck with the repayments, etc. Can't sell, rent or do anything about it. Strong likelihood it is vandalised.

I agree that the govt should do something about it. The place is being left to rot.

Read in the Star that the township will be revived but what plans they have....... anyone knows anything? I am sure those who bought the properties there are waiting eagerly.

Maybe all the house owners should get together and form an action committee to get things going. Take the lead instead of waiting. What say you people? Don't you want something be done. You have invested time, money and you are probably still paying the mortgages and what did you get in return?? Zilch !

and by the way, I do not own any properties in Bukit Beruntung.
