Terrible build quality... have been \"rectifying\" our home for almost 9 months! Horizon Hills Development Sdn Bhd ... no help whatsoever.. they push everything back to their subcontractors. They could care less about their homeowners.. it takes months to get a response to something.

Look carefully BEFORE you buy and ask lots of questions. Get the property inspected by a qualified architect FIRST... you may be extremely glad you did..

Malaysian quality is NOT like Singapore...no real standards, workers have minimal skills and developer does not supervise... end result is TROUBLE

Horizon Hills build by Gamuda. I was there 3 times but later dropped the idea of buying
a unit there. The motto \"high-end residential area\" never attracts me while I look into convenience
with amenities nearby. If you got your unit cheap, I think it is worth to retile the flooring again. New units currently up for sale are way too high in price & if comes with rubbish workmanship, the buyer will curse no end.
