It quite new development area in Bandar Puncak Alam. Previously, this area have been develop by Road Builder before take over by IJM. The development of this area involving single and double storey terrace house, cluster house, semi-d and bungalows.

At this moment, the value in this area is not increase due to no new development surrounding the area. But the house value in this area target to be increase once the UITM 2nd Campus is fully operated in 2010.

Yeah, I heard about this place. Been around for sometime now isnt' it. Hopefully the value will appreciate soon.

Just to share some info on Puncak Alam. Uitm 2nd campus is in construction and got information from some of resident there saying that the 1st phase for that project handover to the Uitm. And now they working on 2nd phase. Hope when the Uitm open the selling price will go up.

It's true that i heard UiTM 2nd campus located somewhere in Puncak Alam and the first badge will start their classes in June 09?

If true i believe the property value will raise up.

The Uitm Puncak Alam will enroll in June 09 and if i'm not mistaken they will start with Medical Faculty.

About market value i'm not so sure about that. Maybe you can check and make some survey.

seems like a good place to put our money..... now Are there any more developments going on there. I know at some point some time ago, construction was stalled and then it picked up again.
