Property in Malaysia for sale and rent | Buy, Rent and sell real estate and homes

I am looking at low entry-cost properties to invest in for rental purposes, and I found several properties in Villa Mutiara, Jalan Ipoh which were for sale at very low prices. Given the quite-central location, and the fact that it is a service apartment, I was very surprised to find units below RM140K. Further digging has shown that rental is also quite low, about RM450-RM600 per unit.

I tried to look around to find out if there are any issues with the development but haven't been able to find out anything. Can anyone advise?
