i am nearing 55yrs. Working hard with minimum knowledge of gearing/leveraging.

I am 100% Debt free and owned 3 fully paid property.
I earned a monthly consultancy fee of Gross Rm20,000.

I wanna do something about investing this sum of spare cash.
If i wanna buy a Rm1,500,000 house. Assuming a Rm500K downpayment.
Questions:
1. Based on my age, how many years loan can a bank give me ?
2. Who can advise me on potentially income generating stream purely from property investment?
