From my opinion as long as your rental can fetch 0.006 of your loan amount, then its worth getting it. And of cause if the unit in renovated and furnished its even better, Because you can easily rented it as full furnished unit to your potential tenant.
Will this be good for investment or rental, well then you gotta assess the surrounding... assisible of roads and conveniencesses.
Pricing there is going at RM 350-420psf (depending on the furnishing and renovation). Many are overly priced!
for second property you still entitle to get 9*0% loan margin, however you need to assess your commitment level to see if your eliibility for obtain the so called 90% loan margin. If you need further clarification to let me know, my mobile 013-3808203
