Property in Malaysia for sale and rent | Buy, Rent and sell real estate and homes

bad record in CCRIS/CTOS due to guarantor for housing loan (dataran mantin negeri sembilan) and the borrower not paying the instalment promptly.

Do any bank provide housing loan if appeal since i'am in good position, no any debts/net salary RM+-2k per month.

our rate now is blr-2.4 if the house loan more than 250k. also we give zero stamp duty. promotion till end of february.
