I was surprised you case still pending after 2 months. Sorry i was away to New Zealand for a month plus. LBS project only a few banks that do their bridging loan will become their EF. Some bank due to their developer's past record they dont fall under preferred list.
Anyway what you can do now:
1) talk to other sales manager from LBS will they allow you more time to sort this out?
2) get a straight to the point with your bankers on what happen to your status. If they approved only 80% what's the reason - since this is your first property and you should be able to get 90%? However there are several reasons behind i.e. commitment level, income, or nature of business, no track record on ccris. This can we resolve actually... Please find out the exact reason and we will sit down to sort this out.
3) Do you think after so much effort its still worth to proceed with this loan? Is there any refundable if you decide to pull out from the purchase. If you still keen to proceed, do drop me a line or sms 013-3808203 either i can meet up to discuss in further details.
