Hi all,

Here have a good suggestion to reduce your interest rate.. For those who is surfing BLR -1.5 to 1.9%.. Better you refinance your house and get better interest rate.Currently we offer BLR -2.2 and for property above 300K is -2.3%. Just you need to surf 3 years locking period.. BLR will up to -2.4 with taking up minimum MRTA.
