Do Mr.Eric you know that customer information in oversea bank have to send bank to the bank mother country and there are only branch can process your information in local.

Mean that Sir you only can check your information in a single branch.
compare with local bank, its much more flexible, since customer document is just store in bank HQ and customer easier to get their information easier from every branch.
