Property in Malaysia for sale and rent | Buy, Rent and sell real estate and homes

Hi all,

I am new to this Forum and this is my first post.

I am permanently resident in Malaysia under MM2H with a 10 year Social Visit Pass. I have a 2000 sq. ft. condo in a good location in the Damansara area in KL. Bought in 2008. No mortgage / loan. Strata Title issued.

I would now like to release some Capital through a secured loan with a local Malaysian Bank for a period of 5 years and I am of course retired.

Does anyone have any advice as to how to proceed in these circumstances?
