hi Amutha,

Regarding your case, the bank will give 90% of the selling price. Why u did not join name with your husband for taking loan?
Base on your personal income there is not enough.

Where r u from ? what property and location ?

thank you.

Kang

Good morning Amutha,

Refering to the case, you are in bad position to apply any loan (both you and your brother).
Serious and appreciated talk will improve your future status.
Looking foreward to your prompt reply.

Best regards

Amutha,

I just curious if you have sort of your case? I just got back to Malaysia and notice your thread. I'm a frequent person who like to share my opinion in this forum. Frankly speaking your case is simple...

First of all when did your brother took up the loan? How serious is his loan repayment until you were effected with the CTOS. Have your brother refinance or restructure his loan?

Other than this, the house that you interested is RM230k right how much is your husband take home income? as you can see if you are taking 90% loan = RM 207,000, your installment is around RM 1,050, if his income is RM3,000 above then he can apply the loan using his own name. Also bear in mind of his level of commitment that he's having now and his CCRIS payments.

If you need further clarification do drop me a line or i can be contacted via 013-3808203. I can show you how you can plan for your loan strategically.
