Hi Martin,

Can u contact me at 012 329 5268 to discuss for the property valuation and loan matter, as currently I am selling my property in Setapak and some of the potential buyers are asking me to recommend them the best financial package. As I am not in this line, would like to seek for your advice. FYI, I am selling the property at 260k.

Customer just getting the valuation service.
Not a lawyer-like service for a fight to a case.

How come percentage or ratio-based to the value??

The fix rate should apply! The works are not much gap when the property value changed. It is a market research-kind of work. Perhaps registration and their experience counts here, but that is what they do for living.

Looks like everyone in the world wants to be rich easy like the lawyers, they got higher when settlement is higher.
