What is the average price of a 3 bed room bungalow in the suburbs of KL near amenities such as shopping centre, hospitals, leisure centres etc.?

In Malaysia they don't price things by number of bedrooms, rather by built up area.

I have been trying to find out about investing in Malaysia and from what I know an average house would cost around RM1m-2m around 30mins from KLCC.

Expensive, I know!

i think you spend a lot less than RM1m and get a 3 bedroom bungalow in a kl suburb

City centre is expensive and the probably high level of C02 in the air over there, what with the exhaust fumes?? Unless you are party animal....... I rest my case.

Stay for example in setia eco park. I hear it is a great place.

hmmm.. I still think Malaysia properties are far more reasonable compared globally..
