TOPIC: Neo Damansara P2

Paradigma Intan Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Emkay, is the developer of Neo Damansara Phase 1 & 2.

I was contacted by a SA regarding Phase 2 is now ready for booking at 428sf RM263K.

In January 2010, the 1st Tower of service apartment consisting 374 units studio and 1 bedroom was open for sales. My colleague bought 1 and according to her 90% was taken up. 1st Tower is expected to be handed over in 2012.

I am wondering about the 2nd tower of service apartment consisting of another 266 units will be worth to buy for investing. Furthermore, for the price it will be around RM600++ psf.

Hi. Sounds like a very interesting buy. Price is quite reasonable. Is this project in Damansara Perdana?
Is it next to Metropolitan SQ condo? Do visit the Old Town White Coffee outlet there ...mine
