Any comment on this new condo? How about the price at RM800psf, is rather high or reasonable?

Orion no doubt that provide you a very nice city view! But, its accessibility is questionable!

How about the price? what do u think at RM800psf at higher floor facing KLCC?

If just for investment purpose with such a budget of RM800 per sq ft, i would rather choose Somerset or One Residency at BB area.

If for own-use, you can consider SP's Sky Residence.

I think the RM800 psf is high for owning Orion Res.

I know about the SP's Sky Residences, but SP not launch yet. I think they might asking for RM 800 or more?

Is there another entrance in & out of the condo? From what I can see when I used to drive past it every day, there's only the entrance on the slip road entering Jln Tun Razak, which means you are faced with Tun Razak madness as soon as you leave your condo! Not to mention you'd have to be going in the direction towards PWTC - if you need to go the other direction, it would be pretty inconvenient.

Are you planning to buy for own stay or investment? I have a KLCC facing unit at Crest Sultan Ismail at RM900psf negotiable - 1182 sf (2+1bdrm 2bath) on 18th floor - master & living will have KLCC views. Unit comes with aircon & kitchen appliances; free maintenance for 1st 2 yrs. LRT & monorail just across the road, and KLCC within walking distance!
