Imagine the new look of Sungai Buloh. I bet it will change to city, not town anymore.

I think this project is located in heart of Sungai Buloh.

Maybe the developer for this project need to do some road work for that area coz i feel this place will having very bad traffic jam when the project completed.

About completion date of maybe you could check developer website. www.dijaya.com.my

When I first bought a house near to this TSB commercial project some 25 years ago,alot of my friends remarked that I had made a wrong choice.However as years passed by,I realised that my choice had proven them wrong.My house is worth three fold now.There's hardly any house here for rent or for sales and the demand is pretty high for rental and buying of houses.
Why?
1.The location of Bandar Baru town is surrounded by housing estates and it is a self contained community with several banks,schools,post office,TMB,super market,General Hospital,private hospitals ,mosque and most of all privilege is the easy accessibility by highways/federal roads from east/West/South and north and now TSB project of commercial centre is developing fast and will be launched soon and this part of Sg.Buloh will no more branded as Leprosy village or God Forsaken place !
Handicap
If only the road in front of TSB project is widen we will expect a traffic whores later on,I hope that MBSA town planner is aware of this imminent.
Suggestion:
Hopefully that KTMB has the vision of setting up this commercial hub with commuter station passing through,then it will be something different.Anyway I have no regret to have my property here,after all I have proven my friends wrong,saying that I had purchased a house at God Forsaken place !
