Any Tips for First Time Buyer ? 7 months, 3 weeks ago #19818

First time on this board due to not having been involved in property before. But I am here now for the obvious reason. First time buying.
I am viewing a new build property tomorrow and would like to call on others experience of things I should ask? As its a new build there wont be a lot of anything in there I realize that, but what else should I be looking for and asking about. Sorry the question is a bit vague but any tips or advice greatly received.

HI , if you are first time buying property , better don't buy auction property .
Right now i am having problem for claiming my house from previous owner . Police can't
give any help on this issue and he will ask you to wait only . Better buy new property .

Some times when we hire a Commission agent to sell our house they force to raise their initial asking price in order to cover up the large Commission. In this sort of time only one thing will happen. The house will remain in market for a long time with inquiries but no Buyers. Then after reducing price to very low and after getting to an actual price it will be sold. This is true wastage of time and money. You can save the both by Selling your Property by your own self.It is very easy and safe.

Regards.

You should take advice from an market expert you should study the market, don't depend on oral agreements. These are some steps you should take care of before buying a property.
