Can you guys give opinion for investment Banjaria Court which was launched by PKNS?

It doesn't say much about the pricing. But that area seems to be getting better and better with more and more upcoming development, if I'm not mistaken. I was just passing by that place last weekend.

My Opinion Banjaria is good for investment bcoz;

1)Banjaria is Golden Triangle. Bcoz between Duke, Karak Highway & MRR2.
Near to Taman Sri Muda & Koperasi Polis 2, which has access direct to Sentul & KL.

2)Close to primary, secondary school and islamic international school. Moreover, near to International Islamic College and UIAM and don't forget UniKL (BMI) beside UIAM.
Easy to get tenant from student & lecturer. Masjid also close.

3)Many banks are located just opposite MMR2 highway at Sri Gombak. Restaurants & shops lot are located there. Giant & Tesco also got there.

For investment, i assume u bought it from PKNS at the lowest price i.e. RM192k. How much do u think of the rental rate there? What's your target market?
I know Platinum Victory's condos can fetch up to RM2k p/mth if it's f/f, RM1500 if p/f.
