I am looking for buying condo/apartment and rent out to student, ROI=6%, budget 200K-300K
Could I have your expert opinion on the following area?
1) Setapak area, near TAR College (eg Manara Alpha, TAR Villa...)
2) Bukit Jalil area, near International Medical University (eg Vista Komanwel...)
3) Kelana Jaya, near UNITAR (Kelana Sentral)
4) Bangsar, near Univeristi Malaysa (eg Pantai Panaroma, Vista Angkasa..)
Which area is easier to rent out? ( I mean with larger students and adult working poplulation)
Which area is within walking distance to LRT?
Which condo is better for investment?
Alternatively, you may just share with me your present investment.
