Property in Malaysia for sale and rent | Buy, Rent and sell real estate and homes

Hi everyone,i went to Ipoh yesterday n i found this project,selling price at RM390/sf,do you think this much of money worth to buy a property in Ipoh as in investment?

what I heard from a friend in Ipoh, most of the properties down there are hardly easy to rent out with a good price. Well, I am not too sure of this. Property in Ipoh is good for business of \"homestay\" instead of monthly rental. Might be I am wrong!

the condo will managed by Best Western Internation once completed, and help you rent out.
I know abit property only, but I believe those big companies won't simply go to Ipoh invest.
They sure got reason, and the optionality that normal people cant see.
