Any advice for property's stock market in year 2010?

Of recent many dev raising concern over price of building material had increased 30%. Not forgetting escalating labour cost. Dunno how much they can earn with lower profit margins. So it's quite risky too with stocks.

The recent Dubai economic issue got many hard pressed.
