I need some advise from the experts on this.
1) How much the agent charge for representing seller? The property is below 100k.
2) By the way, what is the agent nature of job in this case if representing seller others than matching the right buyer and negotiate for the price?
3) Do I need to hire a valuator to do the property valuation report?
4) Do I need to hire a lawyer to represent buyer or just let the agent do the rest of the job?
5) How long does a selling procedure usually take to complete?
