Property in Malaysia for sale and rent | Buy, Rent and sell real estate and homes

I'm not sure if it can be done.

I've acquired one property through an auction. The good part is, someone offered me to buy the unit at a higher price. so the question is, can it be done? if it is, can someone share his/her experience in closing the deal. or at least to point me the right direction.

Auction is a good thing to sell your property at good rate. Because, at which time you think that your profit is generating, you may close your deal and buyer can not go back by his last call either he finds any problem. You have also made a good deal and keep in mind that advice from real estate agent is very necessary before selling your home.

You can close the deal on the property you have had on an auction through calling and discussing things to its buyers. You just need to make sure that the documents of the property that you will have are all legal and you will not have any problem.
