Property in Malaysia for sale and rent | Buy, Rent and sell real estate and homes

Azman here from Terengganu. just join the forum.

I've several experience in buying properties, but not selling a property. I'm thinking of selling one of the properties that i have, so is there a simple guidelines available for us to refer to. what i need is just a process flow on how we complete the selling transaction.

hopefully someone can share his/her experience with me.
