If you have a choice, would you sell your home directly to buyer or sell it through an agent? Do you think it is easier or harder to sell your own home?

If you have tried selling it yourself:

* Did you sell your house more than the agent quoted?
* Did you save over $10,000 in commission?
* How long it takes to sell your own home?
* Does your real estate agent work had enough for you and his thousand dollar commission?

Any tips/experience that you can share with me as I intend to sell my $300K property without an agent.

Agent helps you get customer or client to buy your house. There is no right or wrong using an agent. If you can get people buying your house without agent, go ahead.

it's easy to sell without using agent provide you stay nearby the property.

but hav you ever think about your own safety?

if you are comfortable to meet strangers, than go ahead..!

Hello!
I always prefer to sell my house through agent.. They are the best intermediates between us and buyers and helps us in selling our home in high cost..

With Agent help you will save time and safety can be assured. Not all callers are genuine buys. Some call day time and some night time. You have to meet each and every one of them before they can decide to buy your house / property. Well, if you think you can go through that just to save the commission?
