Property in Malaysia for sale and rent | Buy, Rent and sell real estate and homes

I had viewed a property - Indah Cempaka for rent on 9th Apr on Iproperty.com and contacted the agent - Benz Law - http://www.iproperty.com.my/realestateagent/6422/BENZ_LAW After viewing the property I paid him a deposit for RM 1,300 and signed a tenancy agreement form which he said he will fax me a copy once the owner signs it. I was supposed to receive the apartment keys on 17th april but Benz stopped answering his phone and only after I messaged that I will be going to the police he contacted me.
His story was that the Owner has changed his mind and wants to sell the apartment now so he will be returning my deposit. After a few delays he agreed to meeet at the apartment on 24th April and return the money but did not turn up there. I have registered a complaint with police department. I contacted the agency - Starcity Properties, which he works for and they informed me that they have terminated his services as he is absconding with some money.
How do I get Iproperty and its related websites to ban him as it is not fair for him to continue after cheating.

The agent contacted me today and returned the money.

nothing new being cheated by property agent.it happen to me too.
bloody useless cow.after I paid the deposit she went missing and after 3 months she told me the sale is off and I needed to wait another 5 month for deposit to be refunded.Oreiental reality is useless shit of a company.
basically the whole process of buying a house in malaysia is a hell to go through.Thanks to the useless goverment who impose so many bloody fees and the lawyers making a meal out of it and making the poor rakyat suffer except the malays or better known as bumi.
Even the rich malays get the 7% discounts.So where is the damm 1 malaysia crap our beloved najib bragging about?

Most of these real estate agent are any aunty/uncle who are not professional people.

They are there to make money and not give service.

Try to go for only those good real estate agency like reapfield as they are more professional.

Not even non bumi been cheated even we bumi also been cheated and goverment only care their staff not for a staff that work with private or by your own.
Goverment only care their staff who work with them. So goverment is a kind of person cheated all of us.

i am a property agent. i have seen my clients being cheated by other agents also.

please don't pay cash direct to agent. if you need to pay by cash, ask for the company account number.

if the agent give all sort of excuse, be wary....
