why la my owner so ti dak bertimbang rasa.. I've been rent his house almost 6years. i never missed my rental every month. but i pernah lewat bayar 1 minggu and then he locked me from outside. he cannot do dat. unless dah lebih sebulan , buat apa kita bayar deposit.

Last 3 weeks he came to collect rental and he gave me 2 weeks notice to vacate.
what i am supposed 2 do.. at least 1mth @ 3mth. after i minta sebulan baru dia setuju.
finally i dapat tahu why he asked me to vacate just bcoz he nak naikkan sewa
from RM1100 to RM1600. i dont mind if he wanna do dat but transparent la
dengan i at least i tahu dia nak naikkan sewa. and then i bole buat decision
i wanna stay or not. selama i sewa he never update my agreement. last agreement 2004 to 2006.

Time i sewa unfurnished just ada fan 1 tahun je ok selepas tu dia tak dtg repair just datang collect rental.lepas 2 tahun sewa dia bagi tahu nak tambah kitchen cabinet tapi sampai sekarang pun tak buat. segala korosakan dia tak pernah repair.every month datang collect je. i sewa 6 tahun 3 bulan x $1100. living hall 2 fan ceilling 5 tahun rosak. 3 bulan lepas baru dia tukar.
itupun pasal nak sewakan untuk tenant baru 2011. dia dah advertise untuk
sewakan rumah ni since aug 2010. dia bagi notice dec 2010. kita dah bayar banyak cukup time rumah dah tentu jadi hak milik dia tapi be nice la .. i pun tak pernah susahkan dia malahan dia senang banyak tapi tak patut la buat macam ni. cari point untuk halau kita. dia pinjam agreement i berapa bulan yang lepas rupanya dia dah prepare awal2 supaya tak ada point bagi pihak dia.

hari2 pergi kerja pening memikirkan hal2 macam ni.
now dah 3 minggu i kusut cari unit baru kat damansara perdana. i nak cari dekat dgn office.

ada sesiapa nak tolong i carikan tak? i dah letih nak fikir..
i ada masa lagi 5 hari. i need 2R/1b @ 3R/2b
my budget RM1100 to RM1300
