Anybody know if I need to have a tenancy agreement if I'm renting out rooms to my housemates for the purpose of getting more housing loan? Will unstamped agreement do? Thanks

You should ask the local authority about renting out rooms for housemates to first get permission. Of course, from there on you can ask them what are the possible legal actions you can do about having agreements on such tenancy on your rooms.

You need to coordinated with your roommate who will represent as your landlord.
